Who we are
OVER35FIT (over35fit.com) is operated by Ayrvon LLC [registered address], the data controller for this site. For any privacy question, contact hello@over35fit.com.
What we collect
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and PostHog collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, clicks). We enable IP anonymisation. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Advertising (Meta pixel): we run the Meta (Facebook) pixel on all pages to measure how our ads perform and to reach similar audiences. Unlike analytics, it loads on every visit, including before you make a cookie choice. You can limit ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or block the pixel with your browser or an ad blocker.
- Email sign-ups: if you request a free guide or join the list, we collect your first name and email address so we can send the guide and occasional emails. We use a double opt-in (you confirm by clicking a link in a verification email). Your details are stored and emails are sent via Resend; see Resend's privacy policy.
- Purchases: payments and order fulfilment are handled by our checkout provider, Payhip. We do not see or store your card details. See Payhip's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To deliver the guides and any free downloads you request.
- To send emails you have consented to receive. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand and improve how the site is used (analytics).
Legal basis (GDPR)
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies and marketing emails, on our legitimate interest in marketing for the Meta advertising pixel, and on contract to deliver a product you have bought. You can withdraw consent at any time, and can block the advertising pixel as described above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can unsubscribe or withdraw cookie consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@over35fit.com. To change your cookie choice, clear this site's storage in your browser and reload.
Third parties we share data with
- Google Analytics — analytics (only if you consent).
- PostHog — product analytics (only if you consent).
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising and ad measurement via the Meta pixel.
- Payhip — checkout and digital delivery of paid guides.
- Resend — storing your contact details and sending our emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and the form/webhook functions.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained per our provider's standard settings.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
